BANK PLACEMENTS Our service charges would be equivalent to 10% of the gross cost to the company of the candidate selected by you and payable within 30 days of the candidates joining your organisation . The above charges would include the annual cost to the company inclusive of all perquisits , allowances and entitlements. Non monetary perquisits such as company housing and conveyance would be calculated as follows : |

RECRUITMENT
ADVERTISING Advertised recruitment assignments will be borne by you on an actual cost basis which would include the publication and production costs. The advertisement cost is payable in advance in our name based on an estimate given to you by us. You will finally be charged precisely on actual for which we will produce our advertising agencies bill with relevant supportings. Our

COMMON TERMS FOR BOTH ASSIGNMENTS All resumes should be treated with strict confidence and no candidate /resume should be passed on to any group company. All unused resumes are to be returned to us at the earliest. A copy of offer Letters/Letters of Appointment issued to candidates should be sent to us Immediately upon issuance of the same. All bills should be settled within 30 days of submission of our invoice. Kindly
